Max Rainwater is a local bandleader and music teacher. He specializes in the fundamentals of playing by ear with a group. Max has instructed at Ashokan Music and Dance camps in a wide range of styles. His band the Hudson Valley Flyers performs classic country and honky tonk dances monthly at the Colony in Woodstock.
