In this new writing focused group led by Liz Louie, students will tackle one of the most fun part of songwriting: lyrics! Looking at poetry for inspiration, students will learn exercises, methods, and practical applications for writing lyrics through the form of a creative writing workshop. By the end of our 8-week session, students will have created (at least) two songs with completely original lyrics.
