here’s how our monthly payment system works:
How much are private lessons?
Once you register, the card used to pay the initial month will be charged monthly for 9 subsequent months.
How many lessons will I receive?
You will receive up to 35 lessons between September 1st and June 30th. All lessons must be taken by the beginning of July. We offer reduced rate summer lesson packages from July 1st-August 31st.
When is payment due?
Your first months payment is due upon sale date. After that you will be charged on the sale date of each month. You may contact us if you would like to change the monthly payment date.
Can I Pay with a check?
Absolutely. The payments are the same, you just need to remember to bring a check each month. We will send out monthly reminders as well.
When may I use my lessons?
Same as local school year: from September 1-June 30.
When do my lessons expire?
Lesson contracts expire July 1.
What if I don’t want to sign up for this auto pay?
You can still pay for a la carte lessons or purchase 10 packs of lessons.
Are there any other costs?
If you take all 35 lessons prior to the end of the school year and would like to add more you can purchase lessons individually or purchase a package of lessons. We offer discounted 6 packs of lessons during the summer months.
What happens if I am unable to use all my lessons due to the unavailability of my instructor?
If you are unable to use all 35 lessons due to unavailability of your teacher, we will extend your lesson credits at the discretion of the director.
What if my teacher is not available?
If your teacher is not available, you may choose to study with another teacher if they are available.
May I cancel during the year?
You may cancel your lessons contract at anytime. Upon cancellation, any unused balance will be transferred to your account and may be taken at any time throughout the year and no further payments will be made to your account. We do DO NOT offer refunds on remaining balances, only credit.
Are my lessons transferable?
Yes, you may transfer your lesson credits to another lesson type, or to a member of your family, or even to a friend.
Payments are transferable to any other lesson or class, however cash refunds are not given.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my lesson?
All cancellations and rescheduling must be made directly with your teacher by phone or email. Rescheduling is dependent on the availability of each teacher.
