Betsy Wright is a multi-instrumentalist, recording artist and performer with over 15 years of teaching experience.  In addition to singing and songwriting she plays guitar, bass, and piano. She studied piano at Bard College and George Mason University and holds a B.A. in music.  For the past decade and a half, she has been touring internationally in rock bands, most notably Ex Hex, Bat Fangs, Chain and the Gang and Superchunk.  She loves teaching music and helping her students cultivate their skills, creativity, and love of music!
